Our goal is to teach the pitching fundamentals and sportsmanship to America’s aspiring athletes. Mike Roza started giving private pitching lessons and pitching camps on a part-time basis 1998.

It didn’t take long for Mike to quit his 9 to 5 job because the demand for private pitching instruction was overwhelming. Mike has since formulated a unique proven system that works! It is his dream to give pitchers of all ages’ instruction throughout Northern California.

Mike took it a step further! He has manufactured the PITCH PERFECT (Pitching Board) a state-of-the-art pitcher training aid and instructional video, and designed a baseball t-shirt line called Ro Dawg Sports all of which can be purchased through the Pitching Academy.
